What We Do:
Every day, our team keeps the district running smoothly by:

• Providing detailed financial planning and management to support school programs.

• Creating, processing, and maintaining budgets for every fund in the district.

• Receiving payments and making sure they’re properly deposited.

• Purchasing the goods and services that teachers, students, and staff need.

• Paying our vendors on time and reimbursing employees quickly.

• Invoicing for district services to bring in additional funds.

• Processing monthly payroll accurately so staff get paid on time.

• Reporting important personnel data to the State of Washington.

• Keeping track of all incoming revenue and expenses.

• Managing grants and submitting claims to secure necessary funding.

• Ensuring we follow all laws, policies, and regulations.

• Managing risk to protect the district’s assets and resources.
